Materials & Inservice

Resources in PCS are allocated so teachers and students have current materials. There is a five-year rotation for the review of new course materials.  New materials were adopted for 2010-11 in Science for grades K-12.  During the coming year, a teacher review committee will study new materials for adoption in Language Arts for grades K-12.

The curriculum department is committed to excellence.  Our work is focused on supporting the Board adopted District Strategic Plan.  For more information regarding this plan, see the document on the PCS homepage.
